[TC all]irFansView in TC not support GIF animation

If use irFansView as the Lister plugins, it cannot play GIF animate, but if launch as application, It can play

IIRC Irfan View sends decompressed image data (BMP) to Total Commander, so there is no way to receive animation in Lister window.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
