Imperfect sorting of directories and files (on Slovak accented letters)

For some time bothers me that in my coding does not sort directory and file names correctly.
I tried all four methods of sorting but neither sort correctly.
I have tested all the Slovak accented letters in the names of the directories and the problem is only the following letters:
ď (Alt+0239) Ď (Alt+0207) ľ (Alt+0190) Ľ (Alt+0188). In short, accented letters need to be sorted out only by the base letters!
The best sorting settings: Alphabetical, considering accents and Natural sorting, alphabetical and numbers, but it's not ok.

So I checked it out and it is really a bug in the operating system. TC has nothing to do with it.
It sorts me badly in other programs too. I'm sorry I did not know it before.

In short, accented letters need to be sorted out only by the base letters!

It's lexicographic sort order for many Latin-based languages. It should be available in any Windows version which supports Slovak language, but you must set this language as a system default.
Some languages ignore accents, but in your case sorting is strangely mixed: Ce before Ča, Di after Ďa.

It is even more strange as accented letters following after the base letters is a default Unicode sorting, so it should work OK no matter what language is set.

So I checked it out and it is really a bug in the operating system.

Maybe you are right, but there is always one but…
MS warns that you should reinstall language pack (MUI) after installing Windows service pack. Now all updates for Windows 7 are cumulative so maybe you should reinstall MUI every month after patch Tuesday, if you use such a Windows version.

Thanks. OK, I'll try to play around MUI with it on the test version of the Windows. It will probably be the problem. Then I'll know.

Are you sure it's incorrect? If I read STN 010181 correctly, "d/t/n/l" and "ď/ť/ň/ľ" are interchangeable during the primary sorting. The same applies to some vowels.
