EXIF plugin - Please support Apple HEIC files

Hi Mr. Ghisler,

as you know, Apple iPhones store HEIC file format instead of JPEG as per default. So with my wifes iPhone, it delivered such heic files to my PC, now I cannot auto rename them to their EXIF->CREATED tag.

Could you please try to support this file type? Apple uses it as a replacement for jpeg, because it's said to be more efficient.
It's probably not exif there, but I can say the files have the desired metadata.
I'm watching them with xnview + heic plugin (available in xnview forum).
