Missing translation string for "Compare by content"

1. Use Compare by content to compare "KEYBOARD.TXT" with "TASTEN.TXT"

2. Check "Show only differences", with extra lines: 0

3. Use "Edit mode"

4. Select line 2 & line 4 and then Delete.

It will display "Operation not permitted! The selection...." for English only.

This is indeed hard coded because it's a rare problem. I will add it to the todo list for one of the next versions.
