A minor annoyance but I just updated from Windows 10 1909 to version 2004.
Now when I double click on a video file (mp4, avi, wmv) it runs the Movies & TV app in the background. If I force it to use Windows Media Player it opens in the foreground.
The same is true with mp3 files. The default is Groove Music and it runs in the background. If I force it to use any other the app (ITunes, VLC or Windows Media Player) it runs in the foreground.
This all changed when I went to 2004. Is there a way to default to the foreground as it did previously in 1909?

I cannot reproduce this at the moment
But from time to time it happens to me too that programs start behind TC's program window, I can't say why an when, and it goes away again.

Another Windows patch and a couple reboots and now it's working correctly.
