Filer diskplay error: missing files in "System32" (Win10 and 32-bit)

explorer can diskplay specific file but Tc can't

e.g: C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\

explorer display 4 folder and 2 file but tc display only 1 folder

file display option "some hidden files" and "show system files" is checked

You use 32-bit TC on win10?
