A window contain registration information will flashing by at every startup, that's annoying me a lot. is there some way to get hide of it?

I guess Mr. Ghisler has to answer that.
While i am registered TC user for many years, i have never seen that particular dialog. I am sorry i could not be more helpful

Maybe there is an option to hide it, and you have close it for years. I'm a new player

Put this parameter in the [Configuration] section of your wincmd.ini file:

You can go to the wincmd.ini file by typing:

cd %COMMANDER_INI%

in the command line in the bottom of your TC - if you cannot see the command line you can open it by pressing Shift+RightArrow
