This is a rather important update for users of Android 11 or newer, because it switches to a new permission MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for accessing the file system. This permission is restricted by Google to file managers, backup tools and similar apps. Total Commander just got approved in the Play Store to use this permission. It makes access to external SD cards much faster.

- New 2 panel mode where both panels have the same width - use inverted colors for path to indicate active panel
- Support Microsoft Surface Duo/Duo 2 to show one file panel on each screen
- Media player: Load track start positions and names from .cue file with same name as audio file (only one audio file per .cue file supported)
