OneDrive - Disk usage

Post by *LTN »

Hi there. When I press 'Space' on a folder i TC I get the total disk usage for the files in the folder inkl. subfolders, which works fine. However, this is also the case for OneDrive folders, but I would like to see both the "potential" full disk usage and the "downloaded" disk usage. This is possible in Explorer (right click on a folder -> Properties), so I guess it is somehow possible in TC as well.

Any ideas? :-)
Best regards

I have no idea about OneDrive, but perhaps the "Calculate occupied space" command (CTRL-L) from the Files menu could help?

You need to use the Windows "Properties" dialog, it shows the total size including online only files, and the total size on disk (files available also offline):
Alt+Enter or long right click - Properties.

Thanx Christian. Nice shortcut (Alt+Enter) which works fine for a single folder.

However, I use "Alt+Shift+Enter" a lot for seeing the the disk usage for all (visible) folders at a time and your solution does unfortunately not help with this, so it could be really nice (🙏) if you could integrate this feature in TC at some time, so that it was displayed like one of the methods shown with Green:

OneDrive: 75.317.248 bytes
Total space: 9.269.423.284 bytes

Foldername 75.317.248 / 9.269.423.284
Foldername 9.269.423.284 (0,8% Sky)
Foldername 75.317.248 (0,8% HD)

Maybe it is not possible to integrate, but I can still hope... 😉
