Load selection from other pane selected

Is there an easier way to do the following: select folder in one pane, and select the same selected in the second pane.
I have a list of empty folders in one pane and I would like to copy the content from the other pane - that is located in different locations.

Currently I am doing 1. Save selection
2. Source<->Target (swap panes)
3. Restore selection
4. swap panes back -> change location -> repeat...
Save selection to a file not gonna work... too many clicks to load from a different folder.
I found cm_LoadSelectionFromClip, but I did not found save selection to clipboard.

I'm not sure what you want to achieve.
Copy set of files to many different (sub)folders?
Are you aware of "Copy to all selected folders/links in the target panel" function on copy window?
Just select desired target folders before call copy and press "Options" on copy window.

BTW - cm_CopyNamesToClip works as copy (save) selection to clipboard

Thanks, someway I missed cm_CopyNamesToClip, it works. That's what I wanted - since the Save selection / Restore selection work just on the same pane, I wanted to save selection on one pane and restore selection in the other pane.
cm_CopyNamesToClip / cm_LoadSelectionFromClip solves the problem.

ps: the "Copy to all selected folders/links in the target panel" is awesome function, I didn't know what it is for.
