Dropbox Synchronize Dir Not Working

Hi there!

First, congrats again for such an amazing product, so many years! Also for the "cloud" support. It's so amazing being able to synchronize dirs between my NAS and Google Drive!

However, sadly I recently tried to do the same (to verify the sync from Dropbox to my NAS using Synology Cloud Snyc) and it fails. I've succeeded in creating a connection to Dropbox * and I can browse Dropbox but when I'm trying to sync dirs it fails.

A. I mark two directories, one in each pane.
The two dirs are highlighted in red, and their sizes are displayed.
B. Commands/Synchronize Dirs
C. Compare (all boxes checked except for Asymmetric)
A list of files is displayed, all the files are in red and there is a question mark in the middle.Usually this should change to = or Not=, and the "Compare" button should be disabled during the comparison. However, nothing happens!
D. Clicking Compare again causes the screen to clear, and again the list of files in red with question marks appears.

* (even though it kept asking me for a "master password" and I didn't know WHOSE password it wanted? The password to my Dropbox account? Some password I'm not aware of for Total Commander? Anyhow, finally it worked).
