Create folders for "log file" if given path do not exists

My TC settings are in:
C:\TotalCmd\wincmd.ini
C:\TotalCmd\wcx_ftp.ini

Executable:
C:\TotalCmd\TOTALCMD64.EXE

Log files here:
LogFile=%APPDATA%\Ghisler\totalcmd.log
LogFile=%APPDATA%\Ghisler\tcftp.log

But no log files are created because there is no %APPDATA%\Ghisler path. Can the author change in the new version TC 10.50 to have the log files created in a non-existent path %APPDATA%\Ghisler?

Why do not create files by %APPDATA%\Ghisler\totalcmd.log and %APPDATA%\Ghisler\tcftp.log If there is no path %APPDATA%\Ghisler?

Author, make in the new version TC so that the paths directory %APPDATA%\Ghisler1 and %APPDATA%\Ghisler2 is created in any case when the paths are specified in the configuration %APPDATA%\Ghisler1\totalcmd.log and %APPDATA%\Ghisler2\tcftp.log!
