New "Plugins" menu in the Lister is a nice addition, but I suggest adding it to the main TC window menu as well.
The same as in Lister - the "Lister Plugins" menu item allows you to open a file directly with a specific plugin.
Of course, also add an internal command so that the user can create a button or move it to a submenu.
