List of tabs in TC11 should be sorted

The very usefull new functions to show a tab list should sort this list.

The browsers don't sort their list either. And you can use quick search.

Not all browser functions are a good template for other tools.
Quick search is only fine if I know basic parts of the titles,
otherwise I may not know what to search.

Btw. the TwinKey plugin has a sort option for its tab list
which makes usage much easier, at least for me.
