How to enlarge GIFs files ?

Can Total Commander enlarge GIF files? Ideally it would also work on animated GIF files.

Perhaps there's a plugin which will do this?

TC itself can't, but you can do it using plugins

Animated GIFs work fine with many Lister plugins.
- EdgeViewer
- IrfanView
- Imaging

Also with the TC internal viewer or IrfanView confgured.
I have configured the IrfanView based Lister plugin 1.8.2,
it also allows to enlarge the view.
