Confirmed that description of the a second press on Ctrl+Shift+A switches between the two modes.

I don't think that this belongs in keyboard.txt. For example, Shift+F6 also switches between selecting the entire name with extension, and the name part only, and it's not described in keyboard.txt.

I will add it to the help, though, to the page "Folder tabs". Behind the line:

Use Ctrl+Shift+A to show the list of all open tabs as a menu (as in the Chrome browser).

I will add:

Pressing Ctrl+Shift+A again switches between displaying the tab title and tab directory.
