[TC 11.03] Using the command line parameter /S=F makes Feed to listbox fail if TC is not running

Opening the Find Files dialog by using the command line parameter /S=F from outside TC, makes Feed to listbox fail in these cases:
If TC is not running, Feed to listbox gives this error: "Program not found!".
if TC is running.as administrator and the Find Files dialog is not also opened as administrator, there is no error message when trying to Feed to listbox.

Since both F3 and F4 works in the Find Files dialog, also when no TC is running, it is expectable that Feed to listbox would also work - by opening TC with the same executable (totalcmd64.exe or totalcmd.exe) that was used to open the Find Files dialog.

This is by design - "Feed to listbox" never opens a new copy of Total Commander, it only passes the names to an already running copy of Total Commander. While a non-admin search can see the admin TC, Windows blocks the files passed to it.
