[TC11.50b1] `[=tc.path length]` does not evaluate for UNC paths (starting `\\`)

To repro:

1. Add `[=tc.path length]` column
2. Tether USB Android Phone
3. Open any storage: `This PC` -> USB Device..

Probably because tc.path only exists for real folder including real UNC path i.e \\server\share !
Give a try showing only [=tc.path]

The WFX and special devices are not supported.

Indeed tc.path does not work with virtual folders, sorry.
