[TC 11.50b3 and older] cm_GoToRoot does not work on network shares
If I have a network share like: \\servername\sharename and I am in the sharename directory, then using Ctrl+\ , the [\] button or cm_GoToRoot does not bring me to \\servername as expected (nothing happens) - using Backspace, the [..] button or cm_GoToParent does work though - I find that inconsistent

Re: [TC 11.50b3 and older] cm_GoToRoot does not work on network shares
This is intentional: cm_GoToRoot considers the share \\server\share as the root, not the server \\server. Why? The root is the topmost directory to which you can write files. On local drives that would be the directory x:\ while on network shares it would be \\server\share and not \\server. Also you can't mount a server to a drive letter, only a share, which also supports my arguments.
