TC11.5xbeta - FTP / Exception EInvalidPointer in module TOTALCMD.EXE at 00001B50.

I'm having some issues with FTP, I always launch a new TC with a different ini to upload material to our servers.

1. uploading new material works perfectly
2. Replacing a file: I copy, I often immediately get "user aborted" yes/no Modal, if I press NO, THEN I get the "do you want to overwrite" dialog, yes, upload succeeds.
3. After an upload that replaces a file, I close TC with Alt-F4, I nearly always get an application error.

I installed procmon to get a dump but there is no dump as the program is already closed I think and doesn't crash as such.

Could you please give me more details?
2. When do you get this? I cannot reproduce it.
3. Does this happen only if you did NOT disconnect from the server before pressing Alt-F4?

It didn't happen before the betas, but as I don't FTP often I didn't notice it earlier and couldn't reproduce it until I noticed the "closing after overwriting" pattern. I mainly upload new files which won't give the error after closing.

I've setup my FTP access as Directory Hotlists (cd user:passftp) so both panels are right there where I want them at the start (I've 20 or so of these for various projects)

2. As soon as I press F5 I get that window, but not always it seems. (Server is windows too)
3. I never close the FTP first, I just close TC pressing Alt-F4. I can try closing it first when I'm back the office and report back.

I've excluded totalcmd.exe in my anti-virus because it kept on blocking beta versions in the past but can double check to be sure it is still excluded.

2. When this happens, it's probably because you aborted an operation before. I have tried to reproduce this, but couldn't get any errors.
3. So far I could only get an error when not disconnecting before closing TC. Force closing the connection on exit seems to help.

So far I could not reproduce the error. If it happens again, please report what you did exactly.

Well, I'm both glad and embarrassed to report that for the entire week there were no errors, the problem has gone away.
I did a lot of FTP today with b7 as well and no errors. Really puzzling but it seem it has resolved itself.
(Should it happen again I'll report back but hopefully this thread can remain closed for good)
