The text "Copy to all selected folders/links in the target panel" doesn't make it contradictory. Nothing there says subfolders can't be created under them and that the option "Keep relative paths" should be ignored. Users check "Keep relative paths" to keep the structure, whether the target is one folder or many. It's not confusing that subfolders appear; it's confusing that they don't. Disabling it silently is what's confusing.

20.03.25 Added: F5 copy: When "Copy to all selected folders/links..." is enabled, the "Keep relative paths" option is also respected (32/64)
Tested OK using TC 11.55rc3 32-bit and 64-bit.
