[TC11.55rc5] Custom columns editor, bad fix for arrow buttons

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Could you try again with RC7, please?

Here are the changes:
12.06.25 Fixed: Configure custom columns: Scroll line into view when going through controls with tab/shift tab (64)
13.06.25 Fixed: Configure custom columns: Scroll line into view also when the up/down button gets the focus (64)
I also fixed a focus problem not mentioned in the history.

Tested with TC 11.55rc7.

It works much better. Auto scrolling upwards is now always 1 line. The focus problem is gone. The control at the right jumping to another place happens less and less weird.
The only minor thing I see is that when you click on the up/down control to adjust width, it doesn't become the active row (row that is moved when pressing Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn and with the up/down control at the end of the row). That is the only case when the row where keyboard focus is differs from the "active" row.

I had to disable this because it was one reason for for some of the errors, sorry.
