[TC11.55] Synchronize Dirs, Compare By Content (cm_IntCompareFilesByContent) does not respect line returns

I don't know what is happened, but 2 files with different line returns only does not treated as different at all.

I've found the issue with Synchronize Dirs. There was a tiny [++] button. I clicked and found that the `[=tc.Compare as text]` is added.

Compare them as binaries... (check the "Binary" box)

You can use the wdx-plugin: Linebreakinfo <https://totalcmd.net/plugring/LineBreakInfo.html> to detect the line break type in your text files.

If you want a feature to distinguish line breaks in Compare by Content, you can ask for it in TC suggestions (English)
