Usally when i want to enqueue a directory to my winamp playlist i drag the dir to my winamp playlist (or rightclick and then choose "enqueue in winamp) but this is very time consuming.
How do i enqueue a directory to my winamp playlist with just one hotkey command in total commander?
thanks!

How do you come to this conclusion...?there has to be a enqueue option in totalcmd
The closest thing would be defining a hotkey for a Start menu entry for a script for a program like AutoHotKey, AutoIt! or Windows PowerPro that would press the right mouse button and then "E" (and maybe Enter, if there are more "E"'s in your right-click menu).

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

A plugin will not do this.
You might take a look at
http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/TWinAmp2.html
but IMO using this plugin will be much slower than right-click, Enqueue.
A plugin doesn't change TC functionality / hotkeys. There are only plugins for the Lister, for file systems, for packers and for additional info about files.
