Its imposible to select the files in TC like in Windows Explorer?

Yes, it is impossible to select files in TC by drawing a frame.
In "Full" view it would be even impossible to set the start point for the rectangle: In WinExplorer only the filename column is "sensitive" (not the column itself, but the filenames), so you can start a selection with a left click anywhere in the insensitive region. In TC you always select a file with a left click anywhere in the line, so you start a drag&drop action if you move the mouse then.
Do you miss the Explorer method for selecting files in TC? Perhaps Ch.Ghisler would consider to add a new option for that, if you suggest it here...
EDIT: You can set the mouse selction mode to "Use right mouse button". With RMB+hold+drag you can simulate the WinExplorer "frame drawing method".

As van Dusen already stated: You cant select files by drwing a frame.
But if you set Configuration->Options->Operation:Mouse selection mode: Use right mouse button( as in NC) there is a much more flexible way to select files.
You press the right mousebutton and move the mouse cursor over the files you would like to select. If you accidently selceted a wrong file just release the button and press it again and 'touch' the file again: The selection is reversed.
In addition you can select this way many different groups of files without using [Ctrl]-key as in Explorer and with no danger to deselect all if you press accidentely the shift key or loose the [Ctrl] key.
