[Forums] Link to the Russian forum

I think, it can be added to the Other forums (links) section.

Currently in the section Other forums (links) an external Polish forum is mentioned, and the description of the section tells:

List of other Total Commander forums. Please write in the main English forum to be listed here.

That's why I've suggested to add the Russian forum to the list.

What about hosting all the forums on ghisler.ch... Well, I'm not quite sure. The Russian forum is quite large currently and has many subforums divided by subject. It will hardly be possible to transfer all its contents and all its subsections here.

I'll ask for Ergo's opinion (he's the organizer of the Russian forum).

We discussed it with Christian and I also suggested that the the link is enough. There is no sense to move whole Polish forum here. If it would be created just now - ok, it could be here, but as it exists since a long time - let it be where it is.

That was just an idea to reach the goal of a single TC community site instead of community islands one day. (Owners of topfield receivers know what I mean )
Technically it's possible to merge the forums but could be a little work and time is short as a new version is coming...

What is wrong with distributed community ?

Community island are transparent if accesible throught single portal.

That Polish forum doesn't exist anymore, it is suggested for users to join to Google+ community, as explained on this page.

In this case a Polish forum would make sense on ghisler.ch.

It looks like the Korean forum is dead too.
Server returns error 552, latest TC forum web archive snapshot is from 2017, Google search for "Xcaliber Power Guide Community" shows text excerpt dated beginning of 2018.

It looks like Google+ (with Polish TC community) will be closed soon, so I can be a volunteer moderator for Polish subforum now…
