I think that the error is in line:
IP address not allowed

But don't know if it is your IP problem. Can you try if it work for you with FileZilla like it is specified her?

Thanks very much Sob and Damianq, I did, I add my IP address BUT the result not change. I have installed Cute FTP and FileZilla FTP but without positive result. I am still not able do connect.

I think I will plan to change provvider, with register.it and webhosting.it I never have this kind of problem.

Do you have the last idea ?

I attach the log of FileZilla tool, now seams that the IP is ok but is coming a timeout.
Francesco

Two things:

1) Make sure that you added the right address. Check http://whatismyip.com to see what address will server see when you connect. It might be different from the one that you have directly on your computer or router. But it's the right one you have to add.

2) Your last log from FileZilla shows SFTP. It's something completely different from FTP or FTPS.

Thanks for replying
a) the address given is my IP address, I chech with your link http://www.whatismyip.com/ and with this page http://www.supporto24.com/mioip.php, and the IP is ok.

b) log file for filezilla is here. I try with 3 cases and the result is the same, no connection:
1) FTP normal
2) FTP explicit on TLS
3) FTP implicit on TLS

Then I try with TC with 2 cases
1) ftp.ilpetraro.com
2) ftps://ftp.ilpetraro.com

I attach the TC log, no connection

Do you know how I found the link I posted? I just asked Google for:

"IP address not allowed" aruba.it

and it spit out a lot of results. I had to open only two or three of them to get to that page. So it's not really a rebus, but a known problem, we know exactly where it comes from.

As for why it doesn't work for you, it's hard to tell. Try to double or triple check everything, make sure you didn't miss anything. Or try to completely disable the IP filter temporarily (see end of that page I posted).

Hi, its WORKS, unbelievable, what I have done ?
Well I delete every thing and started again all.

In aruba.it the panel IP access there was 2 functions
1) add IP, and
2) save

Well I did always SAVE thinking that this was enough, but it is not so, I have to da first ADD IP, and then SAVE.

(In the panel was not mention this sequence)
So, now is ok, and I am very happy that I can use again my TC !!!.
What I can say to all of you, thanks a lot for your patience and your professional skill
