[beta2] IconsInMenus not working ? [NT4]

I have added this

in WinCMD.ini and I don't see any icons in the main menu.
I tried values = {1, 2, 5, 17, 18} without success.

Unfortunately neither NT4 nor Windows 95 support the bitmap option for menus. From MSDN:

MIIM_BITMAP
Microsoft Windows 98/Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows 2000/Windows XP: Retrieves or sets the hbmpItem member.
