How can i change TC's default archive file icon to Winrar's

You can't change icons for built in formats easily.
For RAR you can try to use fhrar plugin and play with it's attributes in [PackerPlugins] section (subtract 256 value). I don't recommend this ecause of few prolems with this plugin.
Other way is to use alternative icons but it will work for ZIP also.
The last solution is to go to:
Configuration -> Packer
and un-check "Treat archives like directories".
Unfortunatelly, this will effect other types too.
BTW Never write a question in message's title (for forum boards or e-mails, whatever). The purpose of the "subject" field is to give short note about content or to make visual difference between messages. Proper place for asking is the content itself. Please treat it as good advice for the future. In the other hand: did you ever wrote any question on letter's envelope?
