missing context menu items for autodesk inventor 2009

hello
i am on vista 64 bit and using autodesk inventor 2009. it puts some context menü items into the explorer shell (ie. left clicking on a file), such as iproperties, pack'n'go. iproperties also incorporate into default "file properties" window on known inventor filetypes.
previously i've been using inventor 10, and these context menus were in the total commander left-click menu too. but with inventor 2009, they are completely missing, but they are there in the explorer left-click menu.
other extra menu items, such as antivirus scanning etc. are visible, but inventor menus aren't.
any ideas please? is this a bug? of TC or of inventor?

Similar questions have been asked here before about context menu items. Make sure that you have installed the 32-bit version of the context menu.
