Hi, TestingTC.
Which copy method do you use? Perhaps the Explorer copy method, i.e. Ctrl+C and the Ctrl-V?
I ask because I remember there were reports that T.C. failed to refresh the target file list when the Explorer copy method was used. If I am not mistaken this problem could not be fixed for ancient Windows versions like Win98.
But according to the history.txt file this problem has been fixed in TC7.50pb6

Kind regards,14.06.09 Fixed: Ctrl+V was no longer updating the file panels after the file was copied

I have just tested that on Windows 95b, and the list is definitely refreshed after Ctrl+V. What copy method do you use?

Ctrl+C-Ctrl+V doesn't always refresh the display. It only refreshes when it asks if i want to replace the file. Guess it's because TC is getting the focus back. But if the copied file is new in the destination directory, it won't display after paste. The copy method i use is right-click (context menu)>> Copy, goto another folder, then right-click>>Paste. The file gets copied, but isn't displayed unless refresh is pressed.
And i was wrong about the bug in b6, should have said: it was in b5 and fixed in b6
Also Config:Refresh appears grayed out in Win98. Is this how it should be?

Unfortunately the required functions are not available on Windows 9x/ME.Also Config:Refresh appears grayed out in Win98. Is this how it should be?

I can confirm such a misbiheviour under Win98 SE Rus with TC7.5 beta 7 and beta 8 compared to TC7.04a . Tried on two computers. Target panel is not refreshed without F2 after Ctrl+V (testpaths and names was pure english and short, so I assume it doesn`t matter).TestingTC wrote:b8:
Win XP/Vista are ok
Win98SE still not displaying the filename after paste
Sorry

I could confirm it too now on Win98SE, but Win95 is OK! I will try to find a workaround.
