WINCMD.INI

At work they just put restrictions on the C:\Windows directory on our computers so that the SAVEPANELS and SAVEPATH options essentially won't work. Is there a way to put the WINCMD.INI file in another directory so that these options will work?

/i= location of Wincmd.ini
/f= location of wcx_ftp.ini
