Where to find .HLP files ???

It is not the most intuitive place to put it among a series of external third-party programs. I suggest to put it here: http://www.ghisler.com/addons.htm in its own gray box, before the box with the additional languages.

Some other ideas and findings about that place:

• TC UPX-packed exe could be placed there, too. Maybe there are some more optional TC components that would fit in there.
• The german addons page includes a link to thee language downloads, but in the navigation list on the left side this link is missing.
• "Addons" section is placed quite far from away "Download".
  How about placing it below Download or adding a link on the Download main page?

These should actually still work and are probably down temporarily. But indeed the Angelfire links are probably more reliable.
