Problems with difrent ini file.

When TC is called with different ini file I see that settings added by handled editing of that ini file is not work. Only settings added with GUI take effect. For example if I write string Allowed=c TC see disk D too. And if I write DirBrackets=0 Brackets is present. How can it fix?

It works fantastic. Maybe you are editing the wrong INI file. Take a look at Help/About Total Commander. The current INI file is shown there.
