Feature request: F3 internal Viwer open in new tab

Suggested feature: F3 internal Viwer add option open new file in a new tab instead of a new windows

Interesting Idea, so basically to allow a TAB to contain QuickView, without it relying on taking up both panels to see a given files' quickView.

That might be available in Ultimate TC -- which wraps applications within TC's window.
