multi-rename mp3 files using their id3-tags

I got a lot of mp3 albums contain tracks named 01.mp3, 02.mp3... etc. but have titles in their id3 tags. is it possible to rename mp3 files using their id3 tags? with totalcmd or any other way?

a) you could read the helpfile (about content-plugins in this case)
or
b) use mp3tag (www.mp3tag.de/en/ )

Dear friends,
I have same problem, only invers. I've got many files with correct filenames and want to write them all as ID3 tag.
Do you know how this could work for multiple files ?

mp3Tag: Menu > Convert > Filename -Tag <Alt+2>
