I find no "what's new" for v8, except the x64, of

Hi all,

I find no "what's new" for v8, except the x64, of course. Can anybody help? Changing from 7.xx to 8.xx is major, so something must have changed...

Every TC release have history.txt file where you can read about every feature change and bugfix.

But currently early first TC8 versions (beta1 and beta2) contain bugfixes only (there are only a few features were added - read in history.txt).

Plz have a look at the proper chapter in Help e.g. by pressing F1 on your keyboard.

That's right, that help section contains information about both published TC8 beta versions.

Thanks for replying. I did look in the History but saw only bug fixes... So thought something was missing.

Thank you too for your answer. At least I learned 2 things:
a) Indeed the Help includes a "What's New" section, and
b) Quote from the Help:
"This is a bugfix release, there are no major new features"

Yes this counts for Beta 2,
8.0 braught some changes wich are all noted in the history-file....

In history.txt, all lines now end with one fof these:
(32) change affects only the 32-bit version
(64) change affects only the 64-bit version
(32/64) change affects both versions
