Using internal associations from outside TC

This may sound weird at first but let me explain

So I thought something like this:

C:\Totalcmd\Totalcmd.exe /run="C:\MyDir\MyFile.jpg"

If in TC internal association for .jpg files are set to Irfanview for example, then this command would open Irfanview with MyFile.jpg loaded, even if jpg files are not associated with Irfanview in the system.

This could be handy when file type is unknown (for example in 3rd party search tools) but the user would like to open the file with the program defined in TC.
