How to open "God" mode folder

Post by *aLiE »

I have created the so called "god" mode folder in Windows 7 x64 but i'm not able to see contents it in Total Commander it just display a empty folder, but when using explorer it does display all items.

folder i have created = Allitems.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

You can replace "Allitems" with anything you like, it just have to end with ".{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}" It would be great if all the items would be visible within Total Commander.

Just like the control panel issue (cm_OpenDesktop not working when using x86 totalcmd in x64 OS) i thought maybe Totalcmd x64 (beta 8) could fix the issue but it didn't.

I'm not sure if this is a Windows related problem or a Total Commander related issue but maybe someone could help or give me some tips.

TC doesn't show redirected virtual folder contents, it shows real contents (ignoring any buggy desktop.ini, such CLSID extensions etc). If you wish to see this control panel, you may open folder in Explorer.
