Hi! Sorry if I repeat already discussed issue. I have a button on the toolbar for hosts file editing with following parameters:
Command: notepad.exe
Parameters: hosts
Start path: %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc
It work fine if I simply click on the button. But if I right-click on it and choose Run as Administrator notepad starts successfully with elevated rights but it can not open the hosts file with message: "Can not find file hosts.txt. Create it?"

Is this issue a TC issue and can it be fixed?

Try this instead:
Command: notepad.exe %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Parameters: <blank>
Start path: <blank>
I don't know why it doesn't work your way - it ought to.
