File (.XLSX) locked by TC after it is opened

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open TC
2. Open any Excel file from TC
3. Close Excel file
4. Open the same Excel file from TC again
5. Excel says: <file> is locked for editing by 'another user': http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17029536/TC_bug/2012-01-20_093727.png

Also in Process Explorer I can see TC process has opened specified file:

I tried the same steps with .DOCX file but problem didn't occur.

Could not reproduce with 8.0 beta 16 (32 and 64 bit).

Just noticed I dindn't have the latest beta version.
It seems, that version 8.0beta16 (64-bit) works correctly.
