is it possible to add edit Capability for function keys

for example

rename is most use function in our daily works
in windows operation we can rename files and folders with F2 but in total commander reanme is possible with single click and there is not any function with keyboard

If this feature was added to the software keyboard that can do both of these operations were excellent
