cannot compare directories

Hello,

I have in my Downloads directory two sub-directories named Martial Arts and Martial Arts Collection. I mark them and when try to compare them (shrotcut Sh+F2) I get the following message:
"Warning. The left and right side show the same directory! D:\Downloads"

The same warning appears then I try to compare directories. When I try to compare them by content I get "Left file not found"

Please help!

You should open two folders in left and right panels, not just mark them (or you will need to select them in Sync dialog manually). Then use Commands - Synchronize Dirs...
