i have an oridinal purchased key for my tc7 x32.
i wish to install tc8 but x64 on my win7 x64.
should i purchase or upgrade my key for installing tc8 x64 final release ?

No it isn't necessary. TC has got a lifetime licence, i.e. your key should be valid for all TC versions in past and in future. There is one exception at this time if your key is used for illegal usage i.e. if your key is public and found in the internet.
