[REQ] "Copy Timestamps" option for move/copy dialo

the title says it all

after some searching i have found the tc option to "copy timestamps". Im very happy about the possibility to set that Option program-wide, although i suggest to add it to the Move & copy dialogs. to enable users to set that flag per Operation
