Synchronize directories enhancement

I would appreciate two new features for synchronizing directories:

- possibility to sort files by extension

- possibility to filter files to synchronize (e.g. to select only .pas and .dfm files)

Namely the second feature would make my work much easier

Already exists. Juct click on corresponding column header.

Already exists. Just locate combo box between edit boxes for left and right directories.

Also locate F1 key on your keyboard and try it in Sync dialog, help page describes all dialog elements.

Filtering works fine, I've overlooked it.

Still, I am not able to sort by file extension as there are only 3 columns: Name, size and date so that I can't see any way how to sort by file extension. Did I overlook something ?
