Unpacking files not locking up Total Commander

It would be nice to still be able to use TC when working with a compressed file.

When executing something in a packed file, we have the choice Unpack and execute and Unpack all and execute.

The first choice give us a window with the options Close and F2 Background.
In that case we can simply press background and still use TC while working on that file.

The second choice however give us a window with no options, only Click OK when program terminates!.
Here we can no longer use TC until we finished what we needed with the file. Until we open a new instance of course.

Anyway, I think it will be better if both case used the first window so we can still use our opened TC.
