name + path cannot be greater than 259 characters

With that command can see or how to I access the length of characters that has a file more route? using Total Commander

I have XP, and I have problem with the length of the name + path for the files, which cannot be greater than 259 characters

Starting with Total Commander 7.5, you can access files with longer pathnames (up to 1022).
Other programs may have problems with this files.

Just use content plugin Filename ChrCount to show the length of each path or filename.

Add LongNameCopy=1 under Configuration section in Wincmd.ini file
Help file wrote:LongNameCopy=0
During file operations, warn if target name is longer than 259 characters:
0=always
1=never
2=if source name isn't longer than 259 characters
3=disallow long names
