zip internal size

I pack a 380K folder with maximum compression with zip internal or 7zip and obtain a 170 size zip file.
If i pack same folder i obtain a 117 size zip file.
Do it is normal?

There are a lot more options to zipping a file/folder than "maximum compression". It's just a preset for multiple settings (compression method, dictionary size and so on). So it's quite normal to obtain different results from different packers.
