Feeling nostalgic, want to simulate Norton Commander look

So as the title says, I am feeling nostalgic and wanted to make TC look as much like NC as I could. For a while anyway. I'm also curious which of my co-workers will catch on to the look.

I am finding it difficult to really emulate the look. I am asking for suggestions/comments.
